Plaza Inn
As with many of the buildings in Disneyland,
the Plaza Inn has seen some change. From 1955
until 1965 it was known as the Red Wagon Inn.
The Red Wagon was the Club 33 of its day.
Walt would bring his VIP guests to a special
attached lounge with a wet bar and upscale
restroom. With the design help of Walt's wife
Lillian, in 1965 the Plaza Inn debuted. The
restaurant remained the same  until June 18th,
1999 when, after five months of refurbishment,
a new Plaza Inn was reveled.

When you walk up to the Plaza Inn you are
met by a greeter and again at the door. Once in
the foyer you are surrounded by the turn-of-
the- century atmosphere. The entrance hall and
foyer along with the stained glass ceiling are all
authentic. They are from the old St. James
home built in Los Angeles in 1880. The foyer
also has two paintings of the Plaza Inn's sister
restaurant in Paris, one of the Inn in the
summer and the other in the winter. They are
changed at times to spring and fall. The newly
remodeled Plaza Inn is sure to impress with its
crystal chandeliers, themed soda fountains and
glass patios. So if you're celebrating a special
occasion or the "Happiest Birthday on Earth",
this is the place for you.

The Plaza Inn by artist Robert Olszewski is to
be released on Saturday March 31st 2007. The
"Plaza Inn" sculpture will be offered for $245,
plus tax. Size: 6"H x 17"W x 13.5"D.
