If you are like me and appreciate
the history of Disneyland and Walt
Disney World, this miniature is very
special because it had the statue of
Roy Disney and without him none
of Walt's dreams would have come
true. Roy was the money behind
Walt's ideas. Another very special
part of the Town Square is
something that happens around the
holidays, the beautiful Christmas
tree that towers over Main Street.
Even though it is small, Robert
put every detail in to this very special
piece such as the perfect flower
gardens always in bloom, the statue
of Roy Disney with Minnie Mouse,
the American flag proudly waving in
the wind. My personal favorite is the
removable Christmas Tree that
changes color. Robert cleverly hides
the control to turn the lights on
under the white drinking fountain.
A great start to a wonderful
collection.
